Coach Plona covers changes in the JUCO environment, as well as how to (and how not to) recruit junior college players. In our second interview, we discuss transfer rules changes, as well as academic requirement changes with Coach Hodge. He also delivers a powerful and relatable story about his own journey from GA to Division 1 Associate Head Coach.
