In this episode, we'll discuss creating an accessory dwelling unit.  This can mean a basement apartment, an "in-law suite", a garage apartment, or even a tiny house.  There is a lot to consider as you embark on this project.  Construction of ADU's is often well worth it, but it can be trickier than you might anticipate.
