In this episode we’re joined by two commercial property experts, Christina Lashko and James Macdonald. Lashko is Executive director and head of enterprise occupier services at Cushman a Wakefield. She has 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate in Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore, and currently focuses on large MNC and local enterprise office relocation and expansion, and purchase of commercial properties in Shanghai. Macdonald is Head of Research, China, at Savills, a global real estate services provider. He joined the Savills Shanghai office in 2002, and has played an integral role in expanding the company’s research operations to cover a wide range of cities and asset classes. In this episode we talk about trends in China’s commercial property market, with a focus on retail and office spaces.
