New Kentucky Emergency House
Refuge for Women is opening the first Emergency House in the state of Kentucky for survivors of sex trafficking. Nicole Joy will be leading the home that will open in June 2020. Nicole is a licensed clinical social worker and providing clinical therapy for 20 years.
