Challenges and Solutions for Seniors in Affordable Housing
In this episode, B'nai B'rith International CEO Daniel S. Mariaschin talks with the Associate Director of B'nai B'rith International's Center for Senior Services Janel Doughten about several challenges and solutions for residents of B'nai B'rith's affordable housing buildings. In particular, they discuss the challenge of bullying in these residential communities, as well as the role of residents’ associations in addressing these and other challenges for seniors in B'nai B'rith's buildings. With a network of 38 apartment buildings located in 28 cities across the U.S., affordable housing for seniors is a key part of B'nai B'rith's mission.
