This has been my favorite podcast I've recorded so far, hence the long run time so bear with it because it keeps getting better over time. I'll do my best to organize this description in the order in which it comes up during the conversation.  First we talk about Michael's Art, his contribution to a Jack the Ripper book, meditation, ghosts and spirits, his favorite YouTube Guru, the heart's neural network, sense memory, and his first mushroom trip. Then he tells us the story of his severe car accident, his road to recovery and how martial arts and meditation saved him from his injuries.
