GRETCHEN AND SLADE: A RARE EVENING AT HOME

They may be famous, but in this episode, Gretchen and Slade prove they’re just like any other couple. Slade lights the candles to set the mood and Gretchen enters the bedroom in a bright pink bathrobe and green facemask. It’s her Hulk look. They settle down to talk about what a tough couple of weeks it’s been. Slade’s oldest son, Grayson, just had a six-hour surgery for brain cancer, his 18th operation. Because of Covid-19 they’re not allowed near him. At the same time, his mom and dad both went into the hospital. Just when they were thinking that’s the worst, they lost their little girl, Sky’s, beloved nanny. Like every couple they’re worried, over-worked and searching for help. Gretchen tells Slade about the comfort she finds in the book, “Anxious for Nothing” by best selling author, Max Lucdo. He laughes, saying we never have time to talk so this is the first he’s hearing about the book. This show proves, you are not alone. Everyone has problems.  Gretchen Rossi Instagram @gretchenrossi Slade Smiley Instagram @sladesmiley Stage 29 Podcasts Instagram  Stage 29 Podcasts Twitter Stage 29 Podcasts Facebook Learn more about your ad choices.
