Sydney was a D1 Track and Field athlete at West Virginia University where she competed in the Big 12 and the Big East conferences and qualified for the NCAA National Championship as a high jumper. Sydney’s love for fitness stemmed from her incredible athletic career, which, among other life events, catapulted her to create her company, Royal Change Fitness.
