Unwavering Composure
Ajahn Karunadhammo discusses a reframing of the notion of samadhi. He suggests using the term, “unwavering composure” instead of the term “one pointed concentration” to allow for a more relaxed practice that results in an easeful, peaceful, simplified state of mind.
