Ryan Landau of Re:Purpose doesn't only connect people to jobs, but the goal of his startup is to connect people to meaningful work.  He's an interesting entrepreneur, Detroiter, and he shares some of his tips on finding work in Detroit.  We caught up with him at Dessert Oasis in downtown Detroit to talk about his startup, Re:Purpose and how he's looking to make culture fit more predominant in the hiring process.
