Good morning. It’s Wednesday, December 30th. I’m Moneen Daley with your update for The Charlotte Observer. After a cloudy start today, the Charlotte area should see rain trickle in, mainly after 4 pm. The high will also be around 41 degrees. Tonight, there will be patchy fog and more rain with a low around 39. As for New Year’s Eve, don’t count on ringing in the new year with great weather. More clouds and showers are in the forecast for tomorrow.
