The L.A. Report for Thursday, May 6

Here's your news this morning: LA County has officially moved into the least restrictive yellow tier of the state's reopening system. It's the only Southern California county in the yellow tier; Dozens of children at two temporary shelters for migrant children in Southern California have now tested positive for COVID-19. That includes more than 50 kids at the Long Beach Convention Center since it opened and 14 at the Pomona Fairplex. This program is made possible in part by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a private corporation funded by the American people. Support the show: https://support.laist.com/laistnav
