The Pennsylvania senate passes a bill to help against spam phone calls and the national government is sponsoring medical testing in two Pennsylvania counties where citizens were exposed to contaminated water. Meanwhile, a state senator is removed from the powerful Senate Appropriations Committee over sexual misconduct allegations.
