Season 3 Ep 1: The Labor of Love
Welcome back to Season 3!!! In this episode celebrating Labor Day we discuss different types of Labor. First up in Popping culture we talk about the labor of building relationships with the Reality show F boy Island hosted by Nikki Glaser. Then, in the Academic Deep Dive, we discuss a new article about Labor in the workforce titled, “Occupational Characteristics and Parents’ Childcare Time,” written by Dr. Jennifer Hook at USC, Dr. Leah Ruppaner at the University of Melbourne, and Dr. Lynne Casper (also at USC). Finally, in Good or Bad Advice, we discuss the Labor of delivering a new baby with an article titled, “5 TIps Moms Can Depend on for Introducing Their Child to the New Baby.”
