Our current food culture is obsessed with the word ‘no.’ Have you no-ticed? I have to be honest - I'm pretty tired of the word 'no' when it comes to food...and also when it comes to parenting. Anyone else with me? Here's the thing: I spent about a decade experimenting with all of the diets and jumped at every opportunity to embrace a new food restriction. What finally healed that part of me was something that you might be surprised about! Tune in to find out what it is.
