Balanced Diet

Diet as a term is so misunderstood, it’s as simple as AHAAR in Marathi it’s what we eat. as Indians our diet is usually rich with carbs and poor for protein. This generation needs to understand what is balanced diet and how to achieve it on a daily basis. Being radio person I have tried to explain balanced diet with a metaphor of how Radio Works.
