Most of us are aware there are neighborhoods and areas in Fresno that need help reaching their better potential. Meet one man who is doing something about it. Our special guest for this episode, Rodney Murphy. Rodney grew up in Southwest Fresno, also known as the Golden Westside. He is a full time counselor at Fresno City College and is the Coordinator of Special Programs for African American students. First one in his family to graduate college, and now he is helping others to make the next big step on their path to success.
