1. BRAND IDENTITY. How to build a brand outside of the company! Own the fact that YOU are your brand. You are much more than a product distributor!
2. CONTENT CREATION. Why would your hire a coach or join a NWM team? Do not hide behind company content -- Create interesting, valuable, relevant content
3. BOUNDARIES & EXPECTATIONS. Respect is key! Avoid creating a culture of co-dependency. Set boundaries and expectations with your team, so that you can grow a team of leaders, without burning out
4. TRAINING SYSTEMS. Have a training system in place. Don’t give all the biz structure things up front. Having a manual is great, but it’s OVERWHELMING. Bring your team other experts.
5. MONEY MAKING ACTIVITIES. You must stay in a state of growth and always be looking for ways to expand your network. Spend 80% of your time on networking, and 20% on training your team.
