Yoga That Can Soothe Anyone Right Now
It seems the opportunity right now is to go within. The world has pretty much ground to a halt, so why not … right? This is clearly the opportunity we’ve been presented with. This is why I begin this show with a chapter from my book, The Extremely Busy Woman’s Guide to Self-Care, ‘The Big Illusion About Getting Stuff Done’. Then I go on to interview my beloved yogini Kashi Ananda, who has recently taken her very special Tri-Yoga classes online. They are truly beautiful—slow moving, meditative, the wavelike essence of flow.(It’s like yoga meets tai chi!) This yoga has the power to relax your vibe, right down to your toes. No matter where you are (or are not) with yoga, may this help you either reshape your practice or get started. It’s suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. So if you’re suffering in pandemic, shutdown hell right now, here is a soothing balm. Kashi shared the following: The incredible story of how she found Tri-Yoga What yoga can do for any of us What is ‘awakening’ and what it has to do with yoga How to take a yoga class online, and set up your space correctly When yoga is appropriate and when it might not be A healing bit of yoga wisdom Be sure to check out some of Kashi’s beginner Tri-Yoga videos to see this in action. Just beautiful!
