Alexander Cervin is a drone pilot from Helsingborg, Sweden, who operates the Mavic Pro and Inspire 1 drones. Even though the Inspire 1 is an awesome machine, Alexander's go to drone is the Mavic Pro simply due to it's excellent portability. Even though he likes to fly the smaller drones, Sweden's drone rules are fairly relaxed and you can fly something up to 7kg without a permit! In this episode we chat about creating drone maps, for use in real estate and construction progress, as well as his favourite Polarpro filters. Alex is also working on building his own drone! He has an engineering background, so I asked him if designing and building a drone would be something that anyone could accomplish.
