While he won't admit it himself, retired FBI Agent Ed Mireles is widely considered the hero of the infamous 1986 FBI Miami shootout that left FBI agents Ben Grogan and Jerry Dove dead at the hands of two bank robbers. The incident was a major turning point in the law enforcement community and lead to significant changes in training, tactics, ballistics and duty weapons for police across the country. Host Brent T.
