The son of a Korean Newspaper publisher, Chef Sang has created a food empire in Los Angeles, and, like many of us woudl do, he has rewarded himself with quite the watch collection, numbering over 100 pieces, most of which live in a safety deposit box in a bank. Sang stops by the studio to discuss some of his more frequently worn pieces, We discuss  very thin movements, whether the Rolex Sea-Dweller is an appropriate substitute for the Submariner on bigger wrists, and , the different dial surfaces of the AP Royal Oak line, plus some of the Royal Oak's more absurd special editions.  This episode is available as a video!
