The SHT is a 310 mile hiking trail that runs from Jay Cooke State Park, just south of Duluth Minnesota, to the 270 degree overlook just south of the Canadian border. It follows Lake Superiors North Shore and goes through some of Minnesota's most beautiful terrain and State Parks.
