How hard is it to get a home loan?

Stephen is a 30+ year veteran of the finance and lending industry and he says it's as hard as it has ever been to get a loan in Australia. But it's not impossible. And he says it's a good time to be a buyer in the property market, especially in capital cities on the east coast. In this episode, we talk to Stephen about the new lending rules that you need to be aware of and find out just how much detail banks now need from you before they will even consider providing you a loan.
