I love, therefor I am
In this episode I share about how if we show up as ourselves, it's impossible not to love us. If we focus on removing all blocks to love, we are not as easily hurt if love breaks down. When we show up with our masks and our judgements, the pain is bigger because as ourselves we cannot be hurt. What is, is.
I also share about the inability to feel love and to show love, and how painful that is not only for the one not receiving the love, but also for the one imprisoned in the not feeling.
