Twenty eight-year-old Firoze Khan gets a job as an assistant professor of Sanskrit at the prestigious Banaras Hindu University in Uttar Pradesh. But on his first day at work, he is not met with a class of students, but a dharna outside the Vice Chancellor’s office. As it turns out, his religion has come between him and his job. Can a Muslim cannot teach Sanskrit?
