So we have Hatha Yoga Teacher Chandni Akka from Kenya who shares her life openly with us. The loss of her sister in a car accident was something that made her look at life in a different way. After that was periods of depression where she got diagnosed with PTSD. She went on to do vipassana, backpacked across entire South America, visited and stayed in the Amazon jungles.
