In 2007, Tonya Rapley was fighting for her life in a relationship that was physically, emotionally, and economically abusive. Today, Tonya Rapley is an internationally recognized millennial money expert and founder of the award-winning site, My Fab Finance.

She is the author of the Amazon best-seller, The Money Manual: A Practical Guide To Help You Succeed on Your Financial Journey and co-host of the Colorfull Lives podcast. In 2014, she graced the cover of Black Enterprise magazine and was deemed the "New Face of Wealth Building". Tonya's mission is to help millennials break the cycle of living paycheck to paycheck so that they can live lives they love.

One thing that I love about Tonya is that she creates resources and content based on what she’s learned.  She started My fab finance after she had issues with money herself, without having a background in finance. She’s a testament for anyone who thinks they can’t do something they don’t have experience in.

When I recorded this episode, she was still pregnant, but she’s since had her beautiful baby boy so congratulations to her!
