A conversation with Jason Holt, General Manager of Holland Electronics in Ventura, CA. Jason has been with Holland for almost 30 years. We talk about the early days of the company supporting local cable TV services and how he started working there while in high school. We talk about expanding the business outside of the U.S. into Colombia, then other countries in South America. We talk about working with his Dad on restoring classic cars -- and now doing the same with his kids.
