Lisa has been with Procom almost two years after spending her entire career working for Sainsbury’s, one of the largest supermarket chains in the UK. We talk about growing up in the same company and moving up the ranks over the years. We talk about the differences between human resources in the consumer retail industry versus the antenna industry and we talk about using her skills and experience to deal with the current COVID-19 pandemic.
