We talk about the challenges of working on custom IT/Datacom designs that can take years to come to fruition. We talk about utilizing the vertical integration of Amphenol to help him with backplane design wins. We talk about expanding into different markets as high speeds and backplane technology evolves and we talk about being from northern England and finding a home in Sweden. This is The Interface.
