A conversation with Ryan Fisher, General Manager of Amphenol Aerospace in Sidney, NY. Ryan’s been with Amphenol close to 15 years and has worked in numerous roles before becoming a General Manager. We talk about the recent expansions for Amphenol Aerospace in both Nogales, Mexico and Mesa, AZ. We discuss how much he learned becoming a GM for the first time at Amphenol Alden, then moving back to Amphenol Aerospace to assume the role there. We talk about why he thinks his degree in political science has helped him in his role and we talk about his beloved Buffalo Bills chances to win the AFC East this year. This is The Interface.
