Dan Pink has called ROWE the future of work. ROWE is the Results Only Work Environment. It's the idea that we don't worry about what people do at work as long as the job gets done. That means they don't have to come in at 9. Or 10. Or 11. Or go home at 4. If they do the job, that's what we asked them to do... Jody Thompson is the co-creator of the ROWE system.
