What a story. This podcast will inspire you like no other. Chad was in a traumatic car accident and it left him barely able to do day-to-day activities every human needs to do. Doctor's told him he'd MAYBE be able to workout once in a while... Chad said screw that and focused on mobility and getting his joints to be strong and resilient as fuck. And now if you saw him move, you'd NEVER guess he was injured at some point in his life.

That's the POWER of the human body. It is an adaptable machine that can change overtime with consistent, INTENTIONAL movement.
