We'reeeee back y'all! After an info PACKED weekend we're back with some updates and so much more. NCI was an amazing certification that gave me a lot of clarity on how to better apply the knowledge I received in my Master's Degree. Always looking to level up! Today we talk about under eating and how if you've been eating 1000, 1100 or even 1300 calories per day and seeing NO results... something is up. A caloric deficit is needed to lose weight. But if you've been in a deficit for YEARS your body has metabolically adapted to that position. Something has to change and we're going to show you WHAT needs to change. Tune in!
