We talked about how to actually recover from injuries past just icing the joint and using braces, high carb/low fat vs. high fat/low carb diets, how to meal prep efficiently and so much more. We also talk about how to decipher research when crazy, outlandish claims like "Eggs Will Kill You" come out. Usually, crazy titles like that are just trying to get clicks.
