Doing something a little different on this Monday! Starting a positive focus series where I take you into my morning routine. Every morning I practice analyzing a certain situation, finding the positive aspect of it and then the lesson behind it. I then apply that lesson to my body, mind, relationships and business to improve ALL aspects of my life, DAILY. I got this technique from Cody BoomBoom and it's VERY effective. It's basically re-programming your brain to perceive situations and scenarios differently. You THINK differently. You practice finding the positive in things DAILY. And it's not toxic positivity where you fake being positive. You're actually taking the time to analyze the scenario and FIND the positive piece, not just fake it.
