TKL54: Jason Jerome "The Gateway To Performance"

Today we have the pleasure of having Jason Jerome, the Director of Penguins Performance Training in the building. This guy defines fired up. His passion for what he does is palpable. You don't need me to tell you that though. From the first few minutes we get into his story you can hear it in his voice. Jason shows you the true gateway to performance: movement quality and mobility. If you want to squat, run, jump, bench and do all the sexy stuff, you gotta do the not so sexy stuff. It's ALL important for achieving the goals you want. This approach works for ALL ages and ALL training experience. Establish a baseline of joint mobility to perform better. And if fat loss is your goal, you need to be mobile to lift to build the muscle necessary to burn fat later on. It's ALL connected. It's insane the people I meet and the stories I get to hear and share with you on this show.
