Final Five - Sam Kwant
Sam Kwant is making his 4th career appearance at the CrossFit Games and took 4th place in Stage One this year. Kwant is coming off his best finish at the Games in 2019 when he finished 13th overall. Sean and Tommy talk to him about his experience competing in the virtual format, his expectations for Aromas, growing up with six siblings and the lessons he's learned from competing at the Games in the past and how he plans on applying those at the Ranch.
