While this treatise was a part of the book The Flashes, Bediuzzaman Said Nursi included it in The Words following the "First Word" because it is about the "Basmalah" (In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Mercy Giver." I wanted to record it for myself in the form of notes, and to hunt it down and capture it, and circumscribe the light with twenty to thirty secrets.
