Episode 22 - A HOCD Autobiography with Tõnis

This weeks episode focuses in on the challenges of HOCD. I interview Tõnis, a 23 year old biology student from Estonia, about the challenges that OCD presented to him in regards to working out his own sexuality and being comfortable with it.  Tõnis discusses the pain and confusion he felt when he was younger and how this impacted his day to day life. In time, Tõnis realized that he was suffering with OCD and was able to see through the uncertainty this was creating. Today he even feels grateful for having had OCD as it has enabled him to find out so much more about himself and how his mind works. This is a very positive and uplifting message. It reminds us that if we can give up the struggle with OCD and anxiety, then actually we might find that it´s trying to teach us something about our lives, leading to action and positive change.
