In todays episode I interview Windsor Flynn about her experiences with OCD. She first develpoed OCD just after her first child was born and goes into detail about her experiences of parenthood whilst dealing with various OCD themes. We talk about her experiences of therapy, the good an the bad, as well as looking at how mindfulness competely changed her experience of anxiety problems.
