The Shocking Truth About Sugar

Whether you are afraid of it or think you’re addicted to it, there is no doubt that sugar is in all of our lives. It’s now suggested that sugar is found in about 75% of the foods we eat with it amounting to as much as 15% of UK adult’s daily calorie intake. While eating too much sugar is associated with obesity and a host of problems, there’s so much misinformation that oftentimes makes eating even moderate amounts of sugar sound worse than it is. After all, we do need sugar to live.
