65: Marathon Running as a New Me
After seeing his family’s success on the WW programme, Adam decided to give it a go. Thinking he’d only stick to it for a couple of weeks, Adam has gone on to lose almost 11st in over a year! For Adam, fitness has played an important role in his journey to the point where he now runs marathons.
