017. Loving-Kindness Guided Meditation

Metta, or loving-kindness, meditation is a practice focused on sending benevolent thoughts first to ourselves, then to others, and finally to all beings using repeated phrases. 

The phrases we use here: 
May you be safe. 
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you live with ease.
