Episode 10 - Community Over Competition
Too many people in too many industries view their neighbour as competition. For the most part, this is NOT cool. Competitiveness evokes anger, jealousy and resentment, which are not attractive behaviours. Despite what you may have been led to believe, THERE IS enough cake to go around. So rather than competing, start viewing your peer as someone you can collaborate with. Having a common interest is a beautiful thing. You can also learn a great deal from one another through collaborating. Remember, Community over Competition wins every time!
