1. With the latest revision, petrol is slowly inching towards Rs 100 per litre mark in the national capital Delhi and Kolkata. In Delhi, petrol became dearer by 35 paise a litre from Rs 99.51 a litre to Rs 99.86 a litre. Diesel remained untouched at Rs 89.36 a litre. At the same time, petrol rates in Kolkata stand at Rs 99.85 per litre with a 39 paise hike, while diesel stands unchanged at Rs 92.27 a litre.
