Ben and Jerry's Launches New Ice Cream Flavor Into Space in Partnership with Netflix

This Week in Marketing #3.

With the release of their new flavor, “Boots on the Moooo’n” Ben and Jerry's partnered with Netflix who also released a new series called, “Space Force,” a comedy starring Steve Carrell, Fred Willard, John Malkovitch and many others. The company launched the ice cream into the stratosphere, 20 miles above the Earth. It just goes to show that both companies can benefit from PR campaigns such as this.

The American Marketing Association also published an article outlining the technological innovations of the education sector in response to the effects of COVID-19. Students will see more distance learning and online collaboration than ever before.
