Ep. 4 - Careers as a Head Gardener, Return Visit to East Donyland Hall, Seed Sowing

In the fourth episode of the Talking Heads Podcast Lucy and Saul take a look back at their careers in shaping their live in becoming Head Gardeners. They both realise that even though they had very different jobs in the past, both the academic and practical experience they gained through the various training and employment they've both received has help shaped them in the roles they have today. They both hope by sharing this that those that aspire to being Head Gardeners might get some inspiration of how to shape there own paths on the professional ladder.

Finally, with the spring firmly on the horizon many gardener's have thoughts of starting of seed sowing, especially for the vegetable plots, so Saul and Lucy share their experience of this kind of propagation - with a few hints and tips that have helped them through the years.
