On the lookout for challenges and development Cody moved from New York to Amsterdam for his master studies. A few months into the program he realized that he had a lot of free time left, so he ended up working in a small coffee shop on a part-time basis. Through his hard work and engagement, he received an ownership stake in the company at the age of 23.
